• Child ages 5-12 years also pay applied charges
• According to UAE rule initiated from 1^st July, 2017 any child under 3 year need a baby seat. Desert Dune Tours offer baby seat below 4-year-old child. Kindly keep in mind to join our excursion and tours take cares your child and take responsibility of your kid during visit
• By full advance payment for any tour activity through Desert Dune confirm your booking
• Any heart patient or pregnant lady choose off road or safari tour own their own risk
• In Ramadan, activities time and schedules changed. Please contact our time for more updates
• “Desert Dune Tours” copied all rights to change the excursion/tour/safari at any time without prior notice.
• No refund made for cancellation before 6 hours of any excursion/tour/safari
• No refund made for cancellation before 24 hours of before any city tours/Safari/excursion
• All tours/safari/excursions are subject to availability
• Alcohol consumption and smoking or carrying such alcoholic material during travelling in vehicles strictly prohibited
• Capture photograph of any police installations, government agencies, military, local ladies are restricted or prohibited. Kindly gain permission before capturing photograph of any local resident.

COVID 19 Updates Desert Dune Tours

To make sure safety of our staff and customers during COVID-19 restrictions, we follow circular issued by Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority for providing excursions and tours. Service charges may vary on based of certain situations and during COVID-19.

The following measures will be strictly followed:

• Transport vehicle will be disinfected and cleaned post and pre every event/trip
• Wearing masks all time and sanitized hand is mandatory for both staff and customers
• The following will be accessible in vehicle:
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Temperature scanner
  • Unused and cleaned masks
  • Sealed water bottle
• Temperature will be checked and if any customer having temperature or fever above 37.3 will NOT be allowed to join tour.
• Before leaving vehicle check your all luggage or personal accessories
• As per protocol all vehicles will be cleaned and disinfect after every event/tour
  Minimum of 2 guests compulsory to book any of Liwa tour package
• Please noted, any cancellation before 48 hours of scheduled tour/event via an SMS/email/ call/WhatsApp considered without any charges but cancellation made before less than 48 hours will charge you 20% of total amount/fee
